Welcome to Value Minerals. These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Value Minerals. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. ARTICLE I — ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES Using the service means you accept these Terms. We may amend them; material changes are notified in the application at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance. ARTICLE II — ACCOUNT AND AGE Subscriptions are for individuals aged 18 or over. Content classified A / 18+ is gated behind an age confirmation. Do not disclose your one-time password to anyone, including anyone claiming to be our staff — we never ask for it. ARTICLE III — FEES AND AUTO-RENEWAL Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. We will attempt collection up to three times on a failed renewal before the plan lapses. ARTICLE IV — SCOPE OF LICENCE You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, personal licence to view content by streaming. Downloading is permitted only through the in-application download feature and only for offline personal viewing. Reverse engineering, screen capture, redistribution, public exhibition and dataset extraction are prohibited. ARTICLE V — CATALOGUE AND TERRITORY Rights are licensed territory by territory and for fixed terms. Titles will therefore enter and leave the catalogue without prior notice, and the catalogue you see may differ from that available in another country. ARTICLE VI — ACCEPTABLE USE AND SUSPENSION We may suspend or terminate access where we detect credential sharing at scale, circumvention of digital rights management, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful use. Suspension for cause does not entitle you to a refund. ARTICLE VII — WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY The platform is supplied without implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months. ARTICLE VIII — DISPUTES These Terms are governed by Indian law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
